Quick Intro

In 15 years in the design and development business, Lisa has worn many hats and been titled everything from Director of User Experience to Systems Analyst. Regardless of the title or the role, she discovered along the way that that she has a passion for the customer experience and leading teams to produce great work. She thrives when presented with project challenges and highly complex issues and truly enjoys working with diverse groups of people.
 
Below are a few samples of multiple types of functional deliverables personally created over the years. Please let Lisa know if you're looking for more samples or for a deliverable type not posted. Of course, the managerial part of her skillset can't really be represented in a document. It's the mentoring, team building, evangelizing, time and resource juggling, seeing into the project's future, following the literature, attending conferences, planning ahead while looking behind, and happily serving as overall design and experience lead/ peacekeeper/ art director/ brand manager/ cross-functional liaison (internally and with clients) on dozens of projects and issues simultaneously that tends to take up most of her time these days.
