Quick Intro

In 14+ years in the interaction design business, Lisa has worn many hats and been titled everything from Director of User Experience to Systems Analyst. Regardless of the title or the role, she discovered along the way that that she has a passion for user experience design and leading teams to produce great work. She thrives when presented with project challenges and highly complex issues and truly enjoys working with diverse groups of people.

Of course, the managerial part of her skillset can't really be represented in a document. It's the mentoring, team building, evangelizing, time and resource juggling, seeing into the project's future, following the literature, attending conferences, planning ahead while looking behind, and happily serving as overall design and experience lead/ peacekeeper/ art director/ brand manager/ cross-functional liaison (internally and with clients) on dozens of projects and issues simultaneously that tends to take up most of her time these days.
