Project Role
My role for this project included content management (understanding of the wholesale mortgage industry and hundreds of product and rate calculations), defining product variables for an XML DTD, programming content information in XML, creating user/ logical flow charts for the registration form (Java Applet) and developing network protocol diagrams.
Business Purpose- Engage new technology, leveraging brokers to adopt a business relationship with the Mortgage Company in order to create a new loan flow from the wholesale channel and provide existing brokers the online functionality and processing services to deepen and extend the relationship for mutual economic benefit.
